Record room by room condition photos and create a clear move-in PDF
Create an organised record of a rental property's condition when you move in. Deposit Proof guides you through each room so important surfaces, fittings and existing damage are easier to document. Set up the property, follow the built-in room checklists and capture condition photos directly in the app. Add short notes, mark pre-existing damage When the walkthrough is complete, generate a PDF report you can share with your landlord, agent or your own records. Your report includes the property details, room evidence and photo references. Your photos and records stay on your device. No account or cloud upload is required.
