Hearzap Academy is the official learning app for the Hearzap team. It gives our audiologists, store teams and support functions one place to learn, practise and stay up to date, wherever they work and whenever they have a few minutes. Good hearing care depends on people who know their craft. Hearzap Academy makes sure every team member, whether they joined last week or have been with us for years, has access to the same high standard of training. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Take structured courses assigned to your role, from induction to advanced clinical topics • Learn through short videos, presentations, documents and interactive lessons • Test your understanding with quizzes and assessments • Earn a certificate each time you complete a course • Track your progress and pick up where you left off • See how you compare with colleagues on the monthly leaderboard • Get notified when new courses, updates or reminders are published WHAT YOU WILL LEARN • Hearing assessment: pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry, immittance and related tests • Hearing aids: product knowledge, selection, fitting, fine-tuning and verification • Patient care: counselling, hearing aid trials, follow-up and after-sales service • Customer experience: communicating clearly with patients and their families, especially older adults • Store operations: standard operating procedures, documentation and quality standards • Company systems: using Hearzap's clinic and store software • Policies and compliance: company policies, data privacy and patient confidentiality WHO IT IS FOR • Audiologists and clinical staff • Store managers, sales and front-office teams • Support functions such as operations, customer care, HR and finance • New joiners completing their induction programme BUILT FOR BUSY TEAMS Lessons are short and designed for mobile, so learning fits between appointments and store activities. Courses are organised by role, so each person sees what is relevant to their work. RECOGNITION THAT COUNTS Completed courses earn certificates that stay in your profile.
