Blueprint: Site Diary

Blueprint is the studio app for architects and interior designers. Log every site visit from your phone, keep snags, site queries, drawings, extra work and fees in order — and give your client one link they open in any browser, with no app and no login, to follow progress and approve your work. OVERVIEW: WHAT'S WAITING, OLDEST FIRST Open the app to one screen: what's waiting on clients, site visits in the last 30 days, sites not visited in two weeks or more, fees to collect and overdue, and the projects that moved lately. Tap any line to jump straight to it. SITE VISITS, VERIFIED ON SITE Photos, a quick note and the date — done in seconds. Pin each site once, and visits you log there are checked against the pin and stamped "Verified on site". On the Studio and Firm plans, speak your note and it's written out for you. ONE CLIENT LINK — NO APP, NO LOGIN A branded progress page with your studio's name and logo. Your client follows every visit and approves drawings, specs and extra work right there. The bell in the app tells you the moment they answer. DRAWINGS, REGISTER AND RELEASE FOR CONSTRUCTION Send plans and renders for approval — your client can pin a comment on the exact spot. Every revision is kept. Release approved drawings for construction and log who has them in the drawing register. SPECS, SNAGS AND SITE QUERIES Propose finishes with photos and codes for client sign-off, then print a contractor sheet of only what's approved. Log snags with a photo and who's fixing them, and close them with an "after" photo. Keep site queries with needed-by dates and your answers, so everyone builds the same thing. EXTRA WORK, APPROVED BEFORE IT STARTS Write down the cost and time of anything outside the agreed brief. Your client approves it, or asks for a change, on their link — no surprises on the final bill. FEES, RECEIPTS AND PDFs Fee stages, payments and receipts, with a WhatsApp reminder for anything outstanding — visible only to the studio owner. Share a site visit report, project report, fee statement, receipt, drawing register or extra work note as a PDF, straight from your phone. INSIGHTS, TEAM AND SETTINGS Charts on project progress, client decisions, site visits and fees. Teammates get their own login into your studio. Set your studio name, logo and currency, and use Blueprint in English or Hindi. SIGN IN YOUR WAY Email and password, Google, or a passkey with your fingerprint.
