Real-time staff safety alerts - see, acknowledge, and resolve them fast.
Kio Staff Safe is the alert-response companion app for Kontakt.io's staff safety and duress-detection platform. It gives security, facilities, and safety teams a real-time view of safety alerts triggered anywhere across your organization's campuses and buildings – so you can respond fast, with the exact location in hand. KEY FEATURES • Real-time alerts Get notified the moment a staff safety alert is triggered, with a live count of new and acknowledged alerts. • Precise location Every alert shows the campus, building, floor, and room where it was triggered, backed by an interactive floor map – no guessing which wing or which floor to run to. • Acknowledge and resolve workflow Acknowledge an alert to let your team know it's being handled, then resolve it with an optional note once it's dealt with. • Alert details at a glance See who triggered the alert, which rule fired it, its severity, how long it's been open, and its full status history. • Multi-site support Choose one or more campuses and buildings to monitor, whether you're responsible for a single building or an entire portfolio. • Reliability checks built in In-app banners warn you if your network connection drops, your alarm volume is muted or too low, or your device battery is running low – so a missed alert is never due to a device issue.
