Class action settlements for brands you use: who qualifies, proof, deadline.
PayUp helps you find open class action settlements in the United States that may include you, check the official requirements one question at a time, and file your claim on the official settlement website.
A class action settlement is money a company agrees to pay to resolve a lawsuit. People often call it lawsuit money. Many open settlements come from data breaches, bank fees, and everyday products, and many need no proof of purchase.
FREE, WITH NO ACCOUNT
- Pick brands you have used from a grid of logos, or search for any company
- For you: the settlements that name them, one per screen, soonest claim deadline first
- "Not for me" moves on. The bookmark saves one for later.
- "Check if it's for me" walks you through the official requirements
- "Go to the official site" opens the settlement's official claim website, where you file yourself
- Browse: a simple list of every open settlement we cover, with search
EACH SETTLEMENT SHOWS
- The company and what happened, in one line
- The estimated payout, always labeled "Estimate". The final payout depends on how many valid claims are filed.
- Who qualifies
- Whether you need proof of purchase. Many data breach settlements need no proof.
- The claim deadline
- The official website we checked it with, and the date we checked
CHECK IF IT'S FOR ME
PayUp asks the settlement's official requirements one at a time. Answer Yes, No, or "I'm not sure" to read the official notice yourself. Claim forms are signed under penalty of perjury, so file only if every answer is true. Your answers stay on your phone.
