Loyalty System turns the phone in your pocket into a loyalty terminal for your shop. No stamp cards. No notebook under the counter. Your staff scan the customer's code, enter the points, and the transfer is recorded — with your balance and your full history in front of you the moment it happens. FOR REGISTERED MERCHANTS Dot is a business tool for shops enrolled in the Dot loyalty platform, and you need an approved merchant account to sign in. You can request one from the registration screen inside the app; our team reviews each request before access is granted. WHAT YOU CAN DO Award points in seconds Open the scanner, scan the customer's code, type the amount. The app checks it against your available balance before sending, so a transfer can never exceed your budget. Run your own voucher campaigns Create a promotion with a percentage or a fixed discount, set the points a customer pays to claim it, cap the number of redemptions, and choose the dates it runs. Active, expired and used-up campaigns all sit in one list. Redeem without arguments Scan the voucher the customer shows you. The server checks the expiry date, the remaining stock and single use before approving — the same voucher can never be redeemed twice. Know your balance at a glance Your available points sit on the home screen and update after every transfer. Account for every transaction A full history of points transfers and voucher redemptions: amount, time, customer reference and status. Pull to refresh, and scroll back as far as you need.
