1. Tap the menu at the top right of the FilePlayer and start the browser. 2. Display the WEB site displaying audio files such as local governments. 3. Tap on the mp3 file to cache the file in the storage in FilePlayer. 4. Cached files can be played offline. Even if you turn off the display, it will continue playing in the background.
