Employment transition support is one of the disability welfare services stipulated in the Act on Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities. Our services include providing training for people with disabilities as necessary for employment, providing support for staff to find workplaces that suit their aptitude and job hunting, and helping them settle into the workplace after employment. This is the main content. Even if you think ``I want to work'' or ``I have to work,'' there are many people who are unable to take the first step because they don't know what to do, or because they have past experiences that make them hesitant. The Employment Transition Support Office is a disability welfare service office that supports people who want to overcome these challenges one by one and work with peace of mind.
