KuraPro is a cloud inventory management app for phones, tablets and PCs. Scan a barcode or QR code to record Stock In, Stock Out and Stock Count (inbound, outbound and stocktaking) right where you are. When a barcode also carries a shelf number or lot code, Scan Patterns extract just the item code (SKU). The same inventory is there from a PC browser. ■ Stock moves in just five ways - Stock In — purchases and returns, with partner and unit cost - Stock Out — sales, use and disposal, with selling price for gross profit - Transfer — change location, lot or expiry date within a site - Adjustment — enter the plus or minus for damage and loss - Stock Count — enter the counted quantity; the difference is applied automatically Save transactions as Scheduled and everything you are waiting to receive or ship appears in one list; stock updates the moment you complete them. ■ Know where every item sits Keep inventory separate per site (warehouse, store) while one item master is shared across the team. Go finer with location (shelf, room, floor), lot number and expiry date, so FIFO is easy and lot tracing is ready for recalls in food, cosmetics and medical supplies. ■ Stock alerts prevent shortages and waste Set a Min Stock and Max Stock per item and Low Stock, Overstock, Expired and Expiring Soon are detected automatically. Reorder on time, and use stock up before it expires. ■ Purchase orders, packing slips, picking lists, shipping CSV Create a purchase order PDF from a Stock In, and a packing slip PDF and picking list PDF from a Stock Out. Pick the issue date, tax type and honorific and it is ready to send. A Stock Out also exports shipping-label CSV for major Japanese carriers, and you can print barcode labels. ■ Cost, gross profit, ABC analysis — and AI Pick Weighted Average Cost or Standard Cost and inventory value and gross profit are calculated for you. Reports total monthly Stock In and Stock Out quantities, values and gross profit, with charts by date and by item, plus ABC analysis of Stock Out results that shows which items deserve attention. AI then analyzes how things changed over a period and suggests what to do next (AI data analysis is available on eligible plans).
