What the app offers: • Instant notification for every new order, displayed on your lock screen. • Order list and details for each order: products, quantities, total, and cash on delivery. • Confirm, cancel, or assign an order to a delivery person with a single tap. • Notification history to review missed orders. • Abandoned carts and tracking of unfinished items. • Your store's metrics: sales, total, and commission—complete and clear, without any hidden information. • Your customer data, order history for each customer, and direct WhatsApp messaging from the app. • A fully Arabic interface, right-to-left, with clear Western numerals. • Manage the notifications you receive and delete your account from within the app. • The app is completely free and available to any merchant with a store on the Ezone platform. There are no in-app purchases. You need an Ezone-based store to log in. Login is done via a code sent to your email or phone—no password required.
