e-Mongolia is a unified government service system
In addition to accessing government services regardless of time and location, citizens can receive step-by-step guidance from an intelligent agent on how to obtain government services. They can also view a wide range of government-held information-such as their own and their children’s civil registration records, passports, and shares in one place. Furthermore, they have the opportunity to participate in government surveys, submit petitions or complaints, and monitor the progress of their resolution.
