Call and SMS history is collected to diagnose, manage, and improve the quality of service provided to users who subscribe to our telecommunications services (voice and data). We collect information from unsuccessful and successful call logs to determine voice service quality. We measure the effectiveness of sending and receiving SMS messages. This app collects location data in the background to ensure you always have the best voice and data experience by automatically detecting signal quality and connection speed in your current location, even when you're not actively using the app. This allows us to identify and notify you about areas with better coverage or network problems in real time, helping you stay connected.
