Instead of travelling between clinics, you meet your care team on your phone: a doctor, a dietitian and a personal trainer who all work from one shared plan. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign up with your phone number and answer a short health questionnaire. 2. Meet your dietitian in a video consultation and get a nutrition plan built around what you actually eat. 3. Your doctor reviews your medical history, requests tests where needed and follows your treatment. 4. Your personal trainer sets an activity plan that fits your level and your schedule. 5. Track your weight and measurements between visits, and message your team whenever something comes up. YOUR PRIVACY Your health information is visible only to the care team assigned to you. You can view and edit your own profile at any time, and you choose what you share.
