Road.me works out what a drive costs before you set off: fuel, tolls and ferries in one price for the whole route. Enter where you are going: an address, a town, a ferry quay or a spot on the map. Road.me builds the route, finds every toll point and crossing on it and prices them for your vehicle. Open the price to see where every krone, krona and euro goes. NOT A GOVERNMENT APP Road.me is an independent app from GOWME AS. It is not a government service. ACROSS EUROPE Routes run across Europe. Tolls and ferries are priced in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, each stretch where it is driven, in that country's own money. WHAT IT PRICES • Fuel, from an approximate price per country that you can change to what you pay, and your own consumption • Toll points one at a time, the congestion tax in Stockholm and Gothenburg, and the bridges in Sweden and Denmark • Ferries: the AutoPASS tariff in Norway, the free state ferries in Sweden and Finland, and international ferries FERRIES Every crossing shows the next departures, how long you would wait and when to be at the quay. International ferries include an hour for boarding. Book a crossing straight from the route: the search opens with your day, passengers and car filled in. LEAVING LATER Pick a day and a time and the prices follow. Rush-hour toll rates are not Sunday rates, and road.me prices the hour you actually travel. STOPS IN THE CHEAPEST ORDER Add up to fifty stops and road.me puts them in the order that costs least once tolls and ferries are counted. COMPARE THE ROADS Routes side by side with cost, time and what you save. A route that can be fully priced comes first. YOUR VEHICLE Car, motorhome, car with caravan or motorcycle, set up once. Type in a Norwegian registration number and length, weight and fuel come from the vehicle register. ELECTRIC Choose electric and the stops become fast chargers. Filter by network, power and connector, and pick the networks you use in each country. NEAR ME Sixteen kinds of places around you or along the route: fuel, chargers, food, parking, hotels with prices for your night, campsites, pharmacies, cash machines, car repair, car wash, hospitals, shopping, toilets, rest areas, shops and sights. Sights come with photos, time needed, season and opening hours. DRIVING IT Open the route in Google Maps or Waze, or drive with our navigator. You hear a natural recorded voice in English, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, German and Dutch. It speaks the turns and lanes and warns you about speed cameras, average speed zones, speeding, tolls, ferries, borders, closures and roadworks. Choose what it says, keep the screen on, and see your trips in your driving log, kept on your phone. RULES ON THE ROAD The rules for every country on your route in one table. ROADS AS THEY ARE Closures and roadworks from the road authorities in Norway, Sweden and Finland are read into the route, and a closed road is driven around. IN YOUR LANGUAGE, IN YOUR CURRENCY 25 languages and 37 currencies, changeable any time. OFFICIAL FIGURES Every figure as published, with a link to its source.
