Mindfit is a mental health app and journal with CBT self-help tools, a mood tracker, gratitude journal, breathing exercises and practical techniques for stress, anxiety, negative thoughts and self-criticism. Use journaling and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) tools to understand your thought patterns, challenge negative thoughts and support your mental health in everyday life. Maybe you seem fine on the outside, but struggle with stress, negative thoughts or self-criticism. Or maybe you simply feel tired, empty, low on energy or find it difficult to unwind. Mindfit gives you practical tools to take care of your mental health in everyday life. Mindfit was developed in Norway in collaboration with a clinical psychologist specialist and is based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), positive psychology, and EMDR-inspired techniques. → MINDFIT IS MORE THAN A MENTAL HEALTH JOURNAL Some days you need to be reminded of what's actually going well in your life. Other days you need to understand why you react the way you do. And sometimes you just need to calm down. That's why Mindfit gives you different tools to use depending on what you need. → UNDERSTAND YOUR THOUGHT PATTERNS WITH CBT Mindfit includes CBT tools that help you become more aware of how you think, feel, and react in different situations. Recognize thinking traps, challenge negative thoughts, and understand patterns that may be affecting how you feel. When you recognize your patterns and reactions, you can practice responding to challenges in new ways. • Understand your reaction pattern • Recognize thinking traps • Challenge negative thoughts • Set goals → TRAIN YOURSELF TO NOTICE WHAT'S GOOD The gratitude journal in Mindfit helps you notice and record what you achieve, appreciate, and are grateful for. Gratitude journaling gives you a moment to reflect and give good experiences more space. Over time, this can help build a buffer against stress, negative thoughts, and self-criticism. • My Good Things • My Successes • Daily reflections → TRACK YOUR MOOD Use the mood tracker to notice how you feel and understand what affects your mood. Mood tracking can help you recognize patterns, see what affects your mood, and notice how it changes over time. → TOOLS FOR STRESS AND ANXIETY Sometimes you need insight. Other times you just need to calm down. Mindfit includes practical tools and exercises you can use when stress, anxiety, or racing thoughts take over: • Breathing exercises • Relaxation exercises • Mindfulness • Calming soundscapes • EMDR-inspired techniques • Calm racing thoughts Use Mindfit at home, at work, or whenever you need a moment for yourself. Whether you use the mood tracker, gratitude journal, CBT tools, breathing exercises, or other techniques, just a few minutes a day can help you build healthier mental habits and support your mental health over time. Small steps can make a big difference. --- Important Note: Mindfit is a self-help app designed to support mental health. It is not a substitute for professional therapy. --- mindfitapp.com
