Stashwise: Stock & Sales

Know how much cash you have, what came in and where it went. Stashwise is a private cashbook and cash ledger for recording income, expenses and sales, counting your till, and keeping stock and customer balances in one place. Built for people handling cash at market stalls, resale businesses and small trades. Your books live encrypted on your phone, with no Stashwise account to create. Work offline while your trial or last verified subscription is active. Subscription checks periodically need internet access and use RevenueCat and Google Play; your vault contents are not sent to RevenueCat. Stashwise has no ads or cross-app advertising tracking. INVENTORY, SALES AND PROFIT • Inventory management: track stock levels, purchase batches, item costs, selling prices and margins. Keep different purchase costs separate. • Sales and profit tracking: record sales and see profit by month, item and weekday. View stock value at cost and retail. • Customer balances: track credit sales, part-payments and who owes what, with a transaction history for each person. • Cash and expenses: manage your accounts, record transfers and business spending, and see money coming in and going out. SPEAK IT INSTEAD OF TYPING IT Say "sold two candles to Jess for thirty", then check the entry before saving. Your voice is transcribed on the phone and the recording is never uploaded. If you enable the optional voice server, text and limited recognition context are sent for interpretation. Voice entry also works without that server. COUNT THE TILL Tap through the denominations at the end of a market day and Stashwise puts your count beside what the books say should be there. The difference is the number you want: the sale someone forgot to write down, found the same day rather than three weeks later. BUILT TO BE PRIVATE • A passcode locks the app, with optional biometric unlock on supported devices. • Sensitive figures sit behind a tap-to-reveal cover, so a glance over your shoulder in a queue shows nothing. • Optional cloud backups are encrypted before upload and can update automatically once enabled. Restoring on a new phone needs a 12-word recovery phrase that only you hold — which also means we cannot recover your data for you if you lose it. THREE MONTHS FREE, THEN CHOOSE A PLAN Start with three calendar months of free access and one vault. Your trial begins when you first open the subscription version, including when updating an existing installation. No payment signup is needed, and you are not automatically charged when the trial ends. Basic includes one vault, Plus three and Pro five. All plans include the same core features, with monthly or annual billing. See localized prices and the billing period before confirming in your store. Choosing a paid plan during the trial starts billing immediately. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store; cancellation normally keeps access until the paid period ends. After access expires, you can still view and back up saved records. Adding or editing records requires an active trial or subscription. Extra vaults remain view-only after a downgrade; your records are not deleted. Manage or restore purchases in Settings → Subscription. Restore uses the same store account.
