Extend your phone screen to another via Wi-Fi Direct — full touch, no router.
Turn two or more screens into one bigger screen — with full touch, no shared Wi-Fi network, and no router. ScreenSpan connects phones directly over Wi-Fi Direct and extends one screen across all of them, side by side or stacked.
HOW IT WORKS
One phone shares an app; the others show the rest of it. Pick a phone as the Source, pick the app you want to extend, and connect the other phones as Receivers over a direct Wi-Fi link — no home network, no router, no internet connection needed for the sharing itself. Setup takes a one-time pairing (Android's own wireless debugging), then it's a single tap every time after that.
REAL MULTI-TOUCH, NOT JUST MIRRORING
This isn't a one-way screen mirror. Every connected phone can tap, drag, scroll and type, and it reaches the shared app instantly — as if all the screens were one continuous surface. Play a game across two screens, browse a wide spreadsheet, or give a second phone as a genuine second display for any app that benefits from more room.
BUILT FOR MORE THAN TWO PHONES
Merge two or more screens into one, depending on what your phone can handle — ScreenSpan measures your device's real limits (virtual display size, video encoder power, thermal headroom) and tells you exactly how many screens you can add and at what sharpness, instead of guessing.
SIDE BY SIDE OR STACKED
Arrange the phones however they physically sit — next to each other for a wider screen, or one above the other for a taller one. ScreenSpan adapts the split and the orientation to match.
NO ROUTER, NO SHARED NETWORK
Wi-Fi Direct connects the phones straight to each other. You don't need both phones on the same home or office Wi-Fi, and you don't need a data connection for the screen-sharing itself — only Wi-Fi turned on.
TUNED FOR YOUR CONNECTION
Frame rate and video quality have recommended presets for how many phones you're merging, with a live preview of how sharp each screen will look — so you're not guessing at settings that mean nothing to you.
WHAT'S FREE
Watching is always free, for anyone, with no time limit — only the phone that shares an app uses its daily allowance. Every sharing phone gets 15 free minutes a day, renewing at midnight, with no ads anywhere, on any screen, ever.
Need longer sessions? An optional yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase removes the daily limit for the sharing phone — everything else about ScreenSpan stays exactly the same.
WHAT REQUIRES SETUP
Sharing a screen needs Android 11 or newer on the sharing phone, because it relies on Android's own wireless debugging — no root, no third-party service. Receiving a screen works on older phones too, so an older device still finds new life as a second display. Wi-Fi Direct hardware is required for the direct connection (found on virtually every Android phone).
WHO IT'S FOR
Anyone who wants more screen than one phone gives them: reading two documents side by side, following a recipe on one phone while cooking with the other free, using a spare phone as an extra monitor for a spreadsheet or a chat app, or simply merging screens for a game built around more space.
ScreenSpan asks for nothing it doesn't use: no contacts, no photos, no messages, no location data is ever read. Only the phone that shares an app signs in with Google, and only so its free daily minutes can be tracked reliably — the phone that watches never needs an account at all.
