SINCO is a platform that has grassroots organizations of Popular Power (OBPP) as the leading actor, in its capacity as a collective subject. Its main objective is to promote new forms of articulation between the PPGs, such as those with the institutional framework, as well as to reinforce, through the projects supported, the democratization of the resources that are directed to Communal and Communal Councils for the construction of the Communal State. .
