PatrolIt: Guard Patrol Tracker

PatrolIt shows a control room exactly where its patrollers are, and proves where they have been. Built for residential estates, neighbourhood watches and businesses that pay for security patrols and want an independent record of them — not the contractor's word for it. FOR THE PATROLLER • Sign in with a name and PIN. No email address, no personal account. • Start a patrol and put the phone away — tracking continues in the background. • Drop an incident pin with a note: a broken light, an open gate, a suspicious vehicle. • Raise an alarm with one button. The control room sees it immediately and the site's contacts are emailed. • Keeps working without signal. Points are stored and sync when coverage returns. FOR THE CONTROL ROOM • Every active patroller on a live map, with the route walked behind them. • Alarms arrive as a full-screen alert with sound, plus email to the site's nominated addresses. • Incident and alarm pins carry the patroller's own description, and the control room's response is recorded separately. • Full patrol history, replayable. • A monthly report you can put in front of a committee. HOW IT WORKS Each site is separate. Patrollers only ever see their own patrols; a site's data is never visible to another site. Your site administrator creates patroller logins and sends a setup link — one app serves every site. The control room portal runs in any browser, so managers and trustees can use it on a phone, tablet or computer. LOCATION PatrolIt collects location in the background while a patrol is running, so the control room can see the patrol on a live map and replay the route afterwards. This is the core purpose of the app. Collection stops when the patrol ends. Requires an active PatrolIt subscription for your site.
