This app is being tested in a research study and requires a study participant login and password. Living Free from Tobacco (LiFT) is designed to motivate and support young adults to quit using tobacco. The Program is based on a new approach to quitting tobacco use called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Science has shown that this approach can be more effective than currently available approaches for quitting tobacco.
