AI ESTIMATES FROM A PHOTO Walk the job and take a photo. ContractorIQ identifies the work, lists materials with quantities and prices, breaks out labor, and gives you a total, a timeline, and the assumptions behind the number. Add sizes or scope notes for a tighter estimate, and choose budget, standard, or premium pricing. DESCRIBE A JOB INSTEAD No photo? Type the job, like "retile a 60 sq ft bathroom floor." ContractorIQ looks up current material prices with live search, then itemizes the estimate. BIDS, QUOTES, AND INVOICES Build the bid from any estimate, or start from a template: kitchen remodel, bathroom renovation, interior painting, deck or patio, roofing, flooring, fence, and drywall. Edit line items by category, set your markup and sales tax, and choose whether the markup shows on the PDF. Convert an estimate to a quote and a quote to an invoice without retyping a thing. Invoices carry payment terms and due dates, and warn you when one is overdue. PROFESSIONAL PDFS Every document prints with your business name, logo, contact details, license number, and your client's details, with a clean itemized table and totals. Add your payment link and ContractorIQ prints a scan-to-pay QR code.
