Edit and refine notes with AI actions, revisit recordings, and continue with your existing VoiceSnap account. An optional voice keyboard brings dictation to text fields in other apps.

Speak naturally. Find your words. VoiceSnap Pro turns your voice into text and keeps your ideas together in a calm, organized workspace. Capture a thought, draft a message, or build a longer note without typing every word. CAPTURE IDEAS BY VOICE Record a new note or add more to a note you already have. Pause and resume as you go. Keep recordings for playback and re-transcription, or choose a shorter recording retention period in Settings. DICTATE WITH YOUR KEYBOARD Enable the optional VoiceSnap keyboard to dictate into text fields in other apps. It includes basic typing, delete, space, and return controls, plus an easy way to switch keyboards. Dictation history stays on your device; keyboard audio is discarded after processing. KEEP YOUR NOTES ORGANIZED Edit by typing, search your library, pin important notes, and organize ideas with folders and colored tags. Duplicate a note, restore an earlier version, recover notes from Trash, or export your writing as Markdown. MAKE YOUR WORDS WORK FOR YOU Use AI actions to summarize, rewrite, or translate a whole note or selected text. Create your own actions and choose whether to replace text, insert the result, or save it as a new note. Automatic titles and tag suggestions help keep your library tidy. CONTINUE ACROSS DEVICES Sign in to your VoiceSnap account to access the same notes on mobile and desktop. Your allowance and Pro subscription belong to your account, with support for up to three signed-in devices. MAKE IT YOURS Choose from 47 interface languages, use light or dark appearance, and protect individual notes with a PIN privacy lock. A PIN hides a note in the app; it is not end-to-end encryption. GET STARTED An account is required. New accounts include a one-time free allowance. Optional monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions are available; prices and subscription terms are shown before purchase. Transcription, AI actions, and cloud synchronization require an internet connection. Microphone access is used for recordings you start. The keyboard does not collect surrounding field contents.
