FullHRP

FullHRP brings your daily HR information and requests to your Android phone or tablet. It is designed for employees and managers of companies using the FullHRP platform. YOUR LEAVE AT A GLANCE Check your annual leave balance, including remaining, used and requested days. See recent requests and planned periods of absence. REQUESTS YOU CAN FOLLOW Submit leave, time-off or remote-work requests and follow their status. Details include dates, working days, public holidays and a substitute when required. The period calendar also makes longer, multi-week leave requests easy to understand. APPROVALS FOR MANAGERS Managers can view their team's requests and approve or reject them according to the permissions configured by the employer. YOUR WORKING CALENDAR View monthly working days and Romanian public holidays. Information for the remaining months is available from Home. PROFILE AND ACCESS View your profile and active employment contracts, choose light or dark appearance and enable biometric sign-in on compatible devices. Notifications can keep you informed about requests and responses, depending on the permissions you grant. An active FullHRP account provided by your employer is required. The app does not create individual accounts. Available features depend on your account's role and configuration. The app interface is in Romanian.
