The shows.link staff app turns any phone into your tool for the door and the bar. Scan tickets, take cashless payments and follow your show in real time. TICKET SCANNING Scan each ticket's QR code and instantly see if access is valid, along with the ticket type, the attendee's name and any notes. If a ticket was already used, the app tells you when. WORKS OFFLINE The app validates against the list stored on the device and uploads scans once the connection is back. CASHLESS PAYMENTS Charge with QR cards. Pick items from the menu, add a tip and confirm in seconds. Stock updates in real time and sold-out items are flagged automatically. RELOADS Top up your audience's cashless cards with cash or card payments. LIVE STATS See how many tickets have been scanned, by ticket type and by door, and review total sales, tips and reloads for each device.
