Checking tickets and season tickets at the event: QR code, NFC bracelet and reader.
Ticket checker is an application for event organizers and auditors who sell tickets via SmartCity Portal. At the entrance, you can verify your ticket or season ticket in a few seconds and immediately mark your entry or exit. How it works • Log in with your SmartCity Portal account with ticket check authorization. • Select an event from the list. The ongoing event is highlighted and you can also see the time when the turnstiles are active. • Scan the ticket with your camera, NFC bracelet or card, or an external Bluetooth code reader. • The application will immediately show the result: valid, already used or invalid ticket. You can distinguish the result by color and vibration, so you can catch it even in the hustle and bustle of the entrance. • Mark your entry or exit with one tap. What you will see with a ticket • type of ticket (ticket or season ticket) and its category, • ticket number and time of purchase, • for a used ticket, also the time of use and where it was used (turnstile, application or administrator). Ticket reading • QR codes and barcodes with a camera, with autofocus, tap focus and flash in low light. • NFC bracelets and cards just need to be brought to the phone. If NFC is turned off, the application will notify you and offer to open the settings. • External Bluetooth code readers in keyboard mode for quick queue clearance at the entrance. Event overview Users with access to statistics see a continuously updated overview of the event: issued and used tickets and season tickets by category, the number of people in and out of the area and the number of entries and exits. Other features • light and dark theme or appearance according to phone settings, • view past events with one switch, • the screen does not turn off during ticket checking. Who is the application intended for The application is intended for event organizers who use the SmartCity Portal system. To log in, you need an account with ticket checking authorization, which will be assigned to you by your event administrator. Without such an account, the application cannot be used.
