Open Waze or Google Maps automatically when your car Bluetooth connects
Open Waze, Google Maps or your preferred navigation app automatically when your phone connects to your car's Bluetooth. Auto Launch Maps takes care of opening the app, so you do not have to find and launch it before every drive. Automatic navigation app launch Choose an installed navigation app, then select the paired Bluetooth devices that should trigger it. Your app opens when a selected device connects. Leave other devices unselected if you do not want them to start your navigation app. Volume ready on connection Enable automatic volume adjustment and choose your preferred level. The app applies that media volume when Bluetooth connects, helping you keep a consistent setup for everyday driving. Navigation voice and car radio Use the floating audio control to switch navigation sound between your phone speaker and Bluetooth. On compatible devices, you can hear directions from the phone while listening to the car radio. Audio switching depends on your phone and car stereo. Set up your driving routine 1. Pair your phone with your car's Bluetooth in Android settings. 2. Open Auto Launch Maps and complete the initial permission setup. 3. Select your car in the Bluetooth device list and choose the app to open. 4. Optionally enable volume adjustment, then check the setup while parked. Waze and Google Maps must be installed separately. You can also select another installed app. This app opens your selection; maps, routes and turn-by-turn directions are provided by your navigation app. Permissions and compatibility Nearby devices access detects Bluetooth connections. Phone access checks call state before changing audio output. Notifications show service controls, and permission to display over other apps is used for the floating button. The optional auto-close feature uses the AccessibilityService API to close the selected app when Bluetooth disconnects. It requires you to enable the accessibility service and cannot close the app while the screen is off or the phone is locked. Available behavior depends on the Android version, device manufacturer and background restrictions. Optional music autoplay may not work with every device or music app.
