Contraction Timer is with you when it starts. Tap when a contraction begins and tap again when it eases – that is all you have to do. The app measures duration and interval, shows your latest contractions clearly and calmly, and tells you when it is time to call your hospital or midwife. HOW IT WORKS • One big button, one tap per contraction – even with shaking hands, even in the middle of the night. • Duration, interval and the average of the last hour at a glance. • Set your hospital rule (e.g. 5-1-1 or 4-1-1) or enter what your midwife recommended. • A gentle alert as soon as the pattern is reached – on your phone and on your Wear OS watch. • Call reminder with your hospital number, right from the alert.
