A sudoku that teaches you how to solve it — every hint gives a reason, and shows you where to look. ■ When you're stuck, it teaches Most hints just fill in the answer. This one walks you through it: why this cell, why this number. The reasoning is highlighted right on the board, and the candidates are drawn into the notes so you can see them. Hints start with the simplest reasoning and work up: · Last empty cell · Only one spot left in a box, row or column · Only one number left for a cell · Pointing · Box/line reduction · Naked pair · X-Wing Once you see it, you'll spot it yourself next game. ■ Picture mode Swap 1–9 for nine pictures, with no numbers anywhere on the board. Without the instinct for size and order, all that's left is the logic — the same picture can appear only once in each row, each column and each box. Switch back to numbers any time. ■ Four difficulties Easy, Normal, Hard and Expert.
