Screen time tracker and app usage stats. Gentle nudges, no blocker, no ads.
A screen time tracker that nudges instead of blocking. Ausklang measures how long you actually use your phone, which apps take the time, and when it hurts most. Then it says something quietly — it never locks you out. Everything runs on your device through Android's usage access. No subscription. One small one-time unlock. SCREEN TIME, HONESTLY MEASURED - Daily and weekly screen time, per app and per category - App usage stats that show where the hours really go - An activity heatmap of your last few months — a lighter square is an easier day - Time-of-day view: when your phone usually catches you GENTLE NUDGES INSTEAD OF A BLOCKER When you linger too long in a costly window, Ausklang speaks up once. It learns the timing itself, so there are no sliders to configure. No app blocking, no lock screen, no forced timer, no guilt. MOOD, IF YOU FEEL LIKE IT Log your mood in seconds. Ausklang links it to your phone use and tells you what it sees: lighter phone days feel brighter, this category leaves you duller. That link is what makes screen time mean something instead of being a number. DIGITAL DETOX THAT LASTS Small experiments you run for a week, a short reflection afterwards, and a rotating self-check that shows what has shifted. When Ausklang spots a pattern, it offers one fitting if-then plan, already tailored to you. WHAT IT DELIBERATELY DOES NOT DO No streaks. No points. No shaming notifications. No app blocker. Ausklang gets quieter over time, not louder — the point is that you need it less. PRIVACY Everything stays on your device in a local database. Optional sync runs through your own Google Drive; nothing passes through our servers. No tracking, no ads, no account. FREE VS PRO - Free: the daily loop — nudges, mood, today's insight, heatmap, one plan - Pro: the depth — 30 / 90 / 365 day reports, what costs and lifts you, mood by time of day and context, and your trend since you started Notice, understand, act gently.
