A cleaner first impression: a proper Hologym launch screen instead of the placeholder, and a stray label removed from the Incline Dumbbell Press demo image. No other changes.
Tap a muscle, see the exercises that train it. 41 lifts. Offline reference.
Hologym turns the "what should I train today?" question into a single tap. Open the app and you get a full anatomical body map. Tap any muscle group — it lights up, and the exercises that actually target it appear underneath. No menus to dig through, no workout builder to configure, no sign-up. TAP A MUSCLE, GET THE EXERCISES • Interactive full-body map with FRONT and BACK views. • 14 trainable muscle groups: chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, forearms, abs, obliques, lats, traps, rear delts, glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves. • Tap a muscle and it glows — the exercise list updates instantly. 41 EXERCISES, PROPERLY EXPLAINED Every exercise opens a full detail screen, not just a name: • A demo image of the movement with the worked muscle highlighted. • Machine / equipment needed — barbell, cable machine, bench, and so on. • Starting position, written out step by step. • Form and technique cues, so you know what "good" actually looks like. • A sub-region tag (upper chest, lat width, rectus femoris…) and a goal tag (strength or hypertrophy), so you can pick the right variation for what you're training for. YOUR CONTENT WORKS OFFLINE • Every exercise, cue and image is bundled in the app — nothing is fetched from a server, so the whole reference works on a plane, in a basement gym, or with mobile data switched off. • No account, no sign-in, no email. • Hologym doesn't track workouts, count sets or store any history, so there is nothing about your training to upload. • No in-app purchases. No subscription. • Hologym is free and supported by one small banner ad; the ad provider may use your device's advertising ID to serve those ads, and serving them needs a connection. Nothing about what you look up is shared. WHO IT'S FOR Anyone who trains in a gym and wants a quick reference for which exercises hit which muscle — whether you're putting together a chest day, looking for a second lat movement, or checking your form cues before a set. Hologym is a reference tool, not a coach: it doesn't track workouts, count sets or store any history. It just answers "what trains this muscle, and how do I do it properly?" — instantly and offline.
