Match 3 tiles with words: Mahjong-like strategy. A calm word association puzzle.
Tile Associations Word Mahjong is a free word association puzzle game for Android phones. You match tiles by meaning, not by looks: tap three tiles that belong together and they clear. Air, time and love are all invisible, and a car, a plane and a wave can all crash. Who is it for? Adults who enjoy word games, word puzzles, brain teasers and mahjong tile matching, and anyone who likes finding the link between words. There is no spelling, no anagrams and no crossword clues. If you like puzzles where you sort words into groups that share a category, this is that idea on a mahjong board. How do you play? Your tray has seven slots. Every tile you tap takes one, and three tiles that share a category clear out of it together. Fill all seven without a match and the level is over. That is the only way to lose. Some tiles carry a word and some carry a picture, and a word and a picture can belong to the same category. When a set clears, the game names it for you. Where is the mahjong part? The board is stacked like mahjong solitaire, tiles overlapping in layers, and some start face down. The tile you need is usually under one you do not, and every tap spends a slot, so the game is about deciding what to dig for and in what order. Is there a timer? No. There is no timer and no move limit, so nothing hurries you. It is a calm, relaxing brain game you can play at your own pace. What is in the game? 100 levels, from plain categories like animals, fruits and weather to ones that take a second look, where an echo, a mirror and a twin are all a reflection. Your first level shows you how with a pointing hand, so there is nothing to read before you start. Once a day there is a cuisine to cook: ten cuisines take turns, French, Japanese and Thai among them, each on a kitchen board where the categories are dishes and the tiles are the ingredients that go in them. What if I get stuck? Four boosters arrive as you play, each with one use to try it. Undo takes back your last tap. Hint points you toward a match. Sneak Peek shows you a hidden tile. Shuffle rearranges what is left. Is it free? Yes, it is free to play, with ads. Entering a level costs coins, and you earn them by playing. If your tray jams, spend coins or watch a short video to carry on. A daily bonus grows with your streak. Do I need an account? No. No account and no sign-in, and your progress stays on your phone. The game is made for your phone, upright or sideways. Questions or a problem with the game: dev@kinshipstudio.games
