Bank alerts and receipts become ledger rows on your phone. No bank login.
Fullgrove is a household ledger and expense tracker that fills itself on your phone. A card alert from an app you chose becomes a row when it arrives. A receipt photo, a payment screenshot or one typed line becomes a row too. There is no bank login and no account. The ledger stays on this phone. ALERTS BECOME ROWS • Turn on notification access once, then pick the apps Fullgrove may read. • Fullgrove reads no notification from an app you left switched off. • It keeps alerts that say money moved. Verification codes, marketing messages and declined charges are ignored and never stored. • Bank texts arrive through your messages app, added as one more source. Fullgrove asks for no SMS permission. • Each alert becomes a pending row for you to check. RECEIPTS AND SCREENSHOTS, READ ON THE PHONE • Take a photo of a receipt or pick a payment screenshot. • Text recognition runs on the device. The picture is not uploaded. • Before anything is saved you see the entries found and every line that was read. • Share a picture or text from another app and choose Fullgrove. ONE LINE, ONE ROW • Type "lunch 180 cash", "latte 65" or "coffee 5 usd". • Paste a bank text or an alert and it becomes a row. ONE ROW PER PURCHASE • The alert and the receipt for the same purchase are joined into one row. • When Fullgrove is unsure it asks "Same purchase?" and you decide. EVERY ROW SHOWS ITS EVIDENCE • Open a row to read the alert or the receipt it came from, word for word. • Home shows this month: spending, income, what is left, and spending by category. • Categories are suggested from the name. You can change them. • Search the ledger by shop, note or amount. • English and Traditional Chinese (Taiwan). PRIVACY • Fullgrove never asks for a bank password. • No sign-up and no account. • Anonymous usage and crash reports are shared unless you switch that off. They carry no amounts, shops or notes. • The ledger is stored on this phone. • For a document the phone cannot read, you can send its text to a cloud reader. It is off until you send one yourself, and it sends redacted text only, never the picture. • You choose which apps are read, and you can switch each one off again. • An ignored notification leaves no text behind.
