HireLogic Mobile puts the day's deliveries and collections in the driver's pocket, so the job is finished on site and the office knows the moment it is done. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE See what is overdue, what is due today and what is coming tomorrow before you leave the yard. Your own jobs sit on one board, in order, with the depot's full schedule a tap away. EVERYTHING YOU NEED ON SITE Open a job and you have the customer, the address, the items on the vehicle and the hire contract itself. No ringing the office to check what was booked. PHOTOGRAPH THE KIT Put the condition of the equipment on record before it moves, on delivery and again on collection. Photos are attached to the hire, where the office can see them. SIGN ON THE SCREEN Capture the customer's signature as proof of delivery or collection. It lands on the hire straight away, ready for invoicing, with no paperwork to bring back. TAKE CARD PAYMENTS Collect what is owed on the doorstep with Tap to Pay on Android. The customer taps their card or phone on yours and the payment is recorded against the hire on the spot. No card machine, no extra hardware. Requires a compatible Android device with NFC and a HireLogic payments account. WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL Finish the job in a field, a basement or a car park with no reception. Photos, signatures and completions are kept on the phone and sent as soon as you are back in range. SCAN A LABEL Point the camera at the QR code on any item label to see what it is, which hire it is on and where it is due next. LOOK UP HIRES AND CUSTOMERS Search live hires and customer records from the van, so questions on site get answered on site.
