Make Invoices is a straightforward invoice maker for freelancers, contractors, and small businesses. Create a professional invoice, proforma invoice, or estimate on your phone, then preview or share a clear PDF. Set up your business once, including a multiline address and your preferred tax identifier, such as Tax ID, EIN, GST/HST, VAT, or another local term. Add a customer and line items with quantity, rate, discount, and tax. Totals update as you type. There is no app account, advertising, or subscription. Make Invoices Pro is an optional one-time purchase. It adds unlimited documents, your logo on PDFs, a compact template, custom numbering, duplication, CSV export, and user-directed backup and restore. Your invoice data stays on this device unless you choose to share or export it. Saved documents keep their business details and tax settings when you change your defaults. CSV exports use readable dates and amounts for your spreadsheet. Backups include document data and settings, but not logo image files. Save copies before uninstalling or clearing app storage. Use your own VAT, GST, GST/HST or sales-tax label and currency for your business.
