Shihab Accounting

Shihab Accounting puts your company's books and its till in one app: today's and this month's numbers, invoices and purchases, the till, and an assistant you can talk to. The app is for signing in only: a company is created on the website, accounting.shihab.co.uk, and each person signs in with the account the company owner makes for them. For the owner and the accountant • Home: today's and this month's sales, cash in every till and bank, and alerts. • Approvals: approve a supplier bill, an expense, a stock count or a payroll run in one tap, even from the notification. • Sales and purchases: sales invoices and customers, supplier bills and expenses, and cheques with a due calendar. • Snap a supplier invoice: Shihab reads it, and you review and confirm before anything is booked. • Say it: speak a purchase and it becomes a draft you review. • Orders: a customer order or a supplier order by voice, photo or text, then turn it into an invoice. • Banks, wallets and bank reconciliation, stock, counts and waste, payroll, and the VAT return. • Reports: profit and loss, cash flow, and each branch's performance. Ask Shihab • Ask about your accounts by typing, by voice, with a photo or with a video, and get answers from your own books. • Talk to Shihab: a voice conversation about your accounts. It keeps going with the screen off, with a "Shihab is listening" notification and a Stop button. • Shihab proposes and you approve: nothing is booked without approval. The till • A full till on phone and tablet: receipts, cash, card or split payment, and print or share the receipt. • Cards go through the card terminal connected to the branch's print bridge. • Kitchen screen, listening at the counter, and barcode scanning with the camera. • Shifts: cash in and out and the cash count. • A cashier account opens straight into the till, full screen. Cameras (owner) • Shihab Eyes: pictures, clips and events from the branch cameras, and ask Shihab about any clip. The cameras are read by a program on the till PC at the branch. Everyone sees what is theirs • Roles: owner, admin, accountant, branch manager, cashier, counter and viewer. • Instant notifications for alerts and approvals, and app lock with Face ID or a fingerprint. • Arabic and English, light and dark.
