exams made simple

Make your exam timetable & seating charts in 3 minutes. HOW IT STARTS Upload the entries file your exam board already gives you, and the timetable builds itself — sessions, venues, seating, extra time and clashes. No card details required. You are too valuable for menial tasks. The exam officer holds the whole series together. Almost none of that job needs to be retyping the same names into a different form. This does the retyping. WHAT IT DOES • Entries — The entry process runs itself, and you stay in control of every step of it. • Forecast grades — An online form, so you stop chasing teachers for numbers. • Invoices — Line items for your accountant, invoices emailed directly, or sent on your behalf — your choice. • Invigilation bookings — A form that only ever shows the sessions that still need somebody. • Timetables — Personal timetables to every candidate, and one click to split student from invigilation versions. • Reminders — WhatsApp and email to candidates and invigilators before each paper. • Exam file — The complete documentation set, printed in one go. • Exam slide — Candidates, paper, times and a clock on screen — no more rewriting the board. • Results — Out by WhatsApp and email, with the history kept across every series. • Dashboard — One place that controls all of it.
