MY ASC Hub is the official mobile app for ASC Pest Control's clients and field technicians — a single place to manage pest control services across your sites. FOR CLIENTS • View your site's service schedule and upcoming visits • Track devices (bait stations, electric fly killers and more) on your site map • Review recommendations raised during service visits and their status • Access Proof of Service reports, Audit Packs, Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and compliance certificates • Reschedule an upcoming visit online if the date doesn't suit • Receive notifications about scheduled and completed visits FOR TECHNICIANS • View your daily schedule and navigate to assessment and service sites • Complete a guided pre-start checklist and PPE confirmation before each visit • Record pest activity, devices serviced, and products used • Capture photos and raise recommendations on site • Collect digital sign-off from the site contact • Generate a branded Proof of Service on completion, available with or without signal The app works offline — service visits and site assessments are saved on your device and sync automatically once you're back online, so field work is never blocked by poor signal. MY ASC Hub connects directly to ASC Pest Control's existing service management platform, so everything you do in the app is reflected in real time for your account manager and site records.
