Fine A few connection issues, but that’s understandable with technology over time. What is not understandable mainly, is it’s annoying that the non-profit charity I’ve chosen in the give back program, has never received ANY of the funds that should have been dispersed to them, based on my purchases for the past two years.
Payment Machines at den9 5th floor don’t recognize the barcode
Doesn’t have tap to pay you will have to order a card. I was honestly disappointed when I found out that after I put $20 into this card I wasn’t able to go to the vending machine and use tap to pay on it because there was an unknown error.
Easy to navigate While the app is laid out for easy access, the provided coupons don’t match anything the machines have.
