Good, but improvements can definitely be made. Overall, I like this app and have used it for years. It will put together workouts for you, let you create your own, focus on splits, etc. It’s good to track workouts and progress over time. My biggest complaint is that it does not suggest very good weights to use a lot of the time. For example, in my last workout, it calculated I should use 7.5 pound weights for a specific exercise, when the last time I did it, I used 40 pound weights. The app said it was because it had been so long since I had done that exercise. It had been three months and I did similar exercises in the meantime. Or it won’t update weights. It continues to suggest the same weight for squats, going on ten weeks now. Great that it plans workouts, but far less useful when it does things like that. And it doesn’t always go too light - do three sets of 8 pull-ups, now the app says you can do 13 reps. And it seems to get stuck in a loop with the weights. I have dumbbells that go in 2.5 pound increments, but 95%of the time, the app only suggests 27.5 pounds, 32.5, 37.5, etc. I have no idea why it acts like it’s allergic to 25, 30, 35, but its suggestions and calculations take away the benefit of being able to slowly increase weight by 2.5 pounds. That’s just more of an annoyance than a problem with the app, but it still impacts how it plans workouts, limiting the usefulness.
