Can’t create account Tried 4 times to create an account! If this app isn’t available anymore delete it?
App didn’t work? I downloaded the app and when I opened it asked me to enable notifs and use my camera and the didn’t load anything.
Can’t sign up It won’t even let me sign up . I fill out everything and press sign up but nothing happens
Can’t create account Have tried several times to create an account just to log in and it’s not working. Can’t even use it
Awful Terrible I barely loads
Didn’t do anything Didn’t do anything
Can’t determine face shape. I did 11 face scans and it still says my results “can’t be determined” - I have no idea why. And I can’t figure out how to get support for this. I literally downloaded the app to get an idea of my face shape to learn how to do my makeup and it can’t do that. I wasted my time and am disappointed. Seems like the one thing the app advertises doesn’t work.
Garbage Does not work. Scans and then says taking longer than usual and then says it can’t connect to server
