Better go With Others They charge a too much for doing too little compared to other property management companies. I’m an investor with experience in several companies. This one is the worst so far. It’s more difficult to reach out to them, they have very bureaucratic processes, and the app is too confusing.
Quinto Andar is Dictatorship!!!! Beware!!! Meet some friends instead and heal! the worst experience !!!! I am horrorized by the process of renting an apartment in this time with these chatbots and inhumane way of creating an agreement!!!! This app makes you look at the apartment … forces you to pay a fee to guarantee before you even get to visit the place . you only speak with a chat bot until you pay then they standardize the contract so you have no choice! They make it hard to contact them to get the money back!
