AI agent terrible I wanted this mostly for help scheduling appointments. The AI agent is always wrong, missed appointments on calendars and cannot manage more than one shared calendar. Too expensive for such high frustration.

Redesign I’ve used superhuman for years and the redesign killed some of my favorite features. Mainly, the way email threads were displayed.

Best Email App It’s simply better , especially multi email inboxes and then using AI easily into it where most AIs only allow one connected email.

New interface Liquid Glass implantation is rough. UI elements are way too prominent when reading an email and distract from the content. At the very least, they should fade away as I scroll through the email.

Significant downgrade Download with caution. Recent redesign following acquisition by Grammarly is buggy and lacks major features. Importantly, the app still lacks the ability to schedule recurring events, so you will need to keep Outlook or Gmail downloaded to do that, which defeats the purpose of paying monthly for this app. What made the previous version of this app at least useful for inbox management has also been degraded in recent updates due to changes in the ways threads are displayed and increasingly busy surfaces that increase cognitive load. For price-conscious users, now is not the time to test this app. For users with cash to burn, proceed with the caveat that this is not representative of Superhuman’s full potential. We hope they find their way again soon.

New UX is terrible Guys I’ve sent in tickets ad nauseum. The new ux is horrible. You’ve lost what I pay $40 a month for: speed. It sticks. It does not slide. It constantly lags. Either roll it back or fix it or I’m canceling. This did not get tested and it’s obvious.
