does not work Installed app on iPhone 14 running IOS 18.1. when I launch the app it wants a device code. the device code I use to unlock my iPhone does not work. Second call to SafeRide the rep didn’t even know that had an app.

Question I just downloaded this app and it asks for the passcode of my phone, do you expect people to give you that?
Ridders I was told that this app was only for the driver not ridders , Safe Ride you should make it to where your riders can use it to see where there driver is.
App dies several times daily App sticks after entering 4 dit code to log in. Only way to work it is to delete and reinstall…over and over every day
