Terrible App When a membership has been renewed but it hasn’t expired, this app cannot give you an updated card! You have to go back AFTER it’s expired. You need to know your member id. Why not use phone or email? Add to wallet isn’t working! Squash these bugs!
some functionality doesn’t work seems to rely on internet connection to load the cards — not good for when I don’t have signal! also, the “add to wallet” button does not work and just loads forever. I’d really like to be able to add cards to my wallet so I don’t have to rely on having cell service…
Does not work Sorry. Will not download to iPhone wallet - perpetual revolving circle. Won’t allow a phot either. Update: got an e-mail from the developer. Still dies not work. Same thing. And although it appears there is a way to contact the developer it just leads to a web page - unable to find where to contact. 2 thumbs down
Won’t save my passes to my Apple Wallet It won’t let you save passes to Apple wallet and there’s also no clear way to reach customer support. I wish my membership didn’t use this app.
Won’t Add to Wallet Not downloading to iPhone Wallet. Previously worked last year but when I renewed my membership, won’t allow me now to add card to wallet (which is the only reason I’m using the app).
Loses my membership card constantly The only function of this app does not function. Every time I open it to use my membership card it is missing, so I spend 5-10 minutes searching through email for membership numbers. Worse than worthless.
Can’t retrieve my membership card We were gifted Binder Zoo tickets from our grandmother. I have the email confirmation with all info needed to retrieve the emembership card. It asks for the member number (which we have) & a last name (tried all that would apply) & still no luck. I emailed binder zoo to make sure our membership was valid…it is, until the end of this year in November. So there’s really no other explanation that I can come up as to why it’s telling me our membership doesn’t exist when Binder Zoo was able to pull our membership up…just frustrating because it’s my sons 1st bday this weekend & I was trying to prepare for it. This gets in my way.
Broken on iOS 26 (Resolved) Update: The recent app update made it clear that this issue was because I had downloaded my membership cards too many times (phone upgrades, AppleCare, etc). I contacted the museum and they reset my membership, fixing the issue. This is still a terrible UX though, as I should be able to reset/clear all my prior membership downloads and see how many I have left from the app. The app itself works well, but feels a bit dated. This app used to work fine but it appears to be fully broken on iOS 26. I had to get a replacement phone through AppleCare and while the app will find my membership, it refuses to download my membership cards. I have tried restarting and reinstalling the app several times with no luck.
Can’t add to apple wallet I think the app needs to be updated or something because no matter what I try I can’t add my pass to apple wallet. Nothing happens when i tap the Download Passes button.
Didn’t work I needed this app for one membership.. it deleted my membership card and refuses to download it. Absolutely useless.
