Not working I’ve lost so many points ppl at EVO have no idea how rewards work
Doesn’t work Fails to register my card tried several times got an error try again later did my credit card after still doesn’t work fix your issues no wonder nobody has this app taking my business to santikos !!

Love the Spot ! We love coming to the Spot .. The food is great and this is one of the activities that my Special needs adult son and I absolutely love doing together ! We love Carolina too … First time to meet her ! Fantastic service !
Customer service As always the cashier up front was very helpful with prices and the theatre was clean.
Rewards not compatible with Toast There is either no option to use the $10 coupon with the Toast app or it needs to be easier to find. Staff had me purchase my food abd then refunded the $10.

Bad App Chances of using rewards - 0 Tried using birthday free ticket. Can’t book on line. Went to theatre. Can’t use on opening weekend. Have tried using others without any success. Can’t book tickets through the app as Evo has two apps that don’t work together. Just use fandango. Much easier.
Love EVO every time we are here. Schertz location is really nice and service is wonderful. Garrick was great! Great customer service and attention to detail on our order!!!!
Evo Schertz The theatre was very understaffed, it was difficult to order and when we received our food it was cold. It was hard to get in touch with a server and we never received our refills. The staff was very polite but you could tell they were not well supported and understaffed. Disappointed in this.
