Customer Great Service, I’ve been a customer for 20 years and am still impressed with the service and help I have needed and received. Everything a huge name bank has but with always a personal touch.
App flaky Your check deposit capture system leaves a lot to be desired. It constantly states it can’t see things that are there.
New app This new app is great, there’s always new updates and enhancements. Little by little I noticed improvements and I’m loving it

Dark mode adaptation UI Include Dark mode, which is great. However, the app icon does not change in dark mode. It would be nice if the icon also adapted to dark mode for a more consistent look. Please consider adding this feature. 🌙📱

LOVE BankUnited! I absolutely love BankUnited. Their customer service is great. The app works well for balances, mobile deposits, and now they just added Zelle. Love it.
Most Useless Banking App This application is worthless, crashes constantly and requires that I remove my Authenticator App. Why?? The marketing genius who came up with this App should be fired. And the IT team leader who wrote it should go back to school.. the App just does not work. I’m closing my accounts.
