New update is awful I just updated and regret it so much. The new design update is beyond frustrating and makes having the app entirely pointless. You all removed so much visibility on the main page to see my lessons and have now hidden things behind clouds. I can’t redo lessons or skip around. And the page where I could choose to work on grammar, speaking etc was completely removed. The experience is so much worse and it’s really frustrating because it was so helpful. If the investment went into the AI feature you’ve lost the plot by taking away what made the app valuable. I wish I could roll it back to the previous version because now it’s an absolute waste of time and money.
Charged but can’t access I was charged for a year worth subscription, but unable to use the app. Promova says they can’t give me a refund and Apple won’t give me a refund either.
Level Arabic Like the program, but pre-intermediate is too difficult for me, need beginner Arabic. Cannot find arrows to change the level. Please help. I’ve since been given to understand there is no beginner Arabic. Some of the content is a bit difficult.
Purchased and Paid for one Year but can‘t access everything why? I wonder why the app makes you pay 130$ if you can‘t see all the lessons you did before. What the point if i can‘t see the previous lessons if i wan’t to do it again to memorize it? I contacted the support many times because my subscription didn’t work after the update. That also takes them days and weeks to fix it or answer me. The AI support keeps repeating the same and can’t really help you either. I’m not happy about it. So i basically paid for the few lessons i can do a day and then they disappear anyways and i don’t really have access to them. I do new ones and they disappear again. Thanks for nothing i don’t recommend.

Only 3 days lesson I learning during three days and after I couldn’t do any lessons without buying a plan. That’s a ridiculous
Shadowing at lightning speed. I wish there was a way to slow the cadence down a bit. It’s very difficult to “shadow” at such a fast pace as a beginner.
Learning Promova I love when I learn to speak languages 🤙🏽.
It's a different way of learning The different exercises challenge me to expand my skillset. The ad hoc conversation exercises are really good for my understanding and speaking, especially the post exercise review. The multidirectional vocabulary exercises are very good for promoting memory.
