Game does not work I have downloaded this app multiple times as a new player and the game does not function correctly. After the initial introduction on how to play the game I’m told to choose a name but there is no option to choose a name

Kicked me out App glitched and logged me out. I actively get emails to this address addressing me by my username 'Mystery', proving the account is mine. However, the support email is a broken automated bot that keeps sending me generic answers. It just keeps telling me the same copy and pasted answer. A human needs to read my emails, look at the proof, and link my account 'Mystery' back. I loved this app until it kicked me out.

Unbalanced Collections and Heavy Spending Pressure The game uses extremely rare collection items that almost never appear through normal play. There is always one animal in each set that is nearly impossible to obtain from eggs, which forces players to spend huge amounts of in‑game currency just to finish collections. Completing sets often ends up requiring real‑money purchases, and the difficulty of getting certain animals feels intentionally unbalanced. I’ve spent a huge amount of in‑game bingo credits trying to hatch the final animal needed to complete a collection, and the odds feel extremely unbalanced. After hatching dozens of eggs, I keep receiving the same duplicates over and over while the last remaining animal never appears. The only time it shows up is on Buddy’s Cards, which cost 40 credits per round, making it very difficult to obtain without spending large amounts of currency. The way collections and rare items work feels designed to stall progress unless players use significant in‑game or real‑money resources.
