Hot Garbage Absolutely abysmal. Rediculous load times and unusable as intended. Servers are junk and poorly maintained and managed

Painfully slow and more The app is so slow so often it can be unusable. Add to this constant requirements to go through what feels like a ten step verification process and it gets worse. And just when you thought you could limp along an use it at least a little bit they hit you with an account freeze for doing the very action the app is designed to do … use the marketplace. Honestly, it’s gotten so much worse this year and feels that some of this is tactical designed to push users to spend even more money in game.

Face scan splits your damn head We’re practically in November hell yeah 10/10

Lazy This app is out dated and extremely clunky. Barely works half the time and is beyond slow when it does.

Buggy mess This app is a mess. I always have to sign in twice with my Xbox account cause it fails first try when I use my passkey. The multiple app updates and authentication just to use the market makes using this app a chore.

When it works, its great…. So yeah, when it works, its great, but much like the gmae itself this year, its been a major disappointment. Market bans to non bots, incredibly slow load times, occasional limitations on transactions throughout the year. I know really only 1 guy actually cared about this app throughout the year, but man was it rough. Props to him though.

Average app, incompetent customer support The app itself is average, WHEN IT WORKS. After the last update, couldn’t log in. Tried many steps after googling and also reached out to customer support on many attempts (more than 20). Responses were slow and they have no idea what they are doing, which shows how incompetent they are. As of today, I still cannot log in after being able to since the beginning of the year. A real shame.

When it works properly, it's great, but... There are so many times when it's painfully slow to navigate menus and open packs. Overall, it's a great tool, but the times when it's laggy and slow are far too frequent.

Bugs This app and the actual game itself is so buggy it is obvious that SDS does not care at all about there customers
