The new update Before the app was fine did what it needed to do now it is doing extra unnecessary things. I wish them to revert this update
Custom Watch face doesn't work The only reason I bought this particular watch is because I was supposed to allow me to upload my own photos to create a custom watch face. The option to do that shows up in the app but you can't actually use it. There's no point in having this option on the app if it doesn't work.
Supreme except for one glitch I actually like this watch much better than my Apple Watch. It seems more accurate & is much easier to use. I like the style better also. I love the sleep tracking but it is also the only perk that m struggling with. I can’t get it to track my sleep every night, despite having the watch fully charged & wearing it snuggly. If I could get that kink fixed, it would truly be the perfect fitness watch!!!
It started out as a great app Not sure which update when it started happening, but now whenever I’m in the middle of a good sweaty workout the watch will automatically reset itself . All the recorded information up to that point is swipe out. Which kinda defeat the purpose of the watch.
Sleep I love the fact that I’m getting more sleep than I ever thought I was getting. I love the way it attracts my sleep when I’m in deep sleep, etc. I love it.
Ai I initially bought my watch so I could track my steps and heart rate throughout my day. I did not know I would need an app to track it, nor did I know that the app in question uses artificial intelligence. I know that if I don’t make an account I can’t use the ai, but I still get the impression that the ai still tracks things without my permission or knowledge. I can’t return the watch at this point so I may as well let people know what they’re signing up for.
Taking Options Away It seems each time there is an update they take something away. It used to be so nice to have your pertinent information on one screen. But now to have your weight, you have to have premium service. I have a fitnus product for my health. I am on a fixed income which does not allow me to have the premium service. Also, every day I get the message that says wearing the fitnus one more day can accurately do something with my sleep cycle. I never take the band off. It states this everyday. I liked the previous screen layout. I do like that you can choose the face of the fitnus band through the app.
Step Text Toooo small
A little help It works well but when it comes to the AI backgrounds it malfunctions a lot.
Lost my entire run I was 8 1/2 miles in and all of a sudden my entire run was gone nowhere to be found. Very upset with this app.
